Pet Policies

Appointment Policy

The veterinarian’s hours are by appointment only. If you prefer to see a particular doctor, please tell the receptionist when you call to make an appointment. We encourage you to become familiar with all of our veterinarians, so you are comfortable with them should your regular doctor be away when your pet needs care.

Payment Policy

We require full payment when services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, and cash for your convenience.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
